Training pay: $18-$21 per hour

You’ll be the face of Northwest in your local community, helping to protect customers’ homes, businesses, and families from pests.

  • Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
  • Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
    • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
    • Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
    • Problem‑solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
    • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
    • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
  • Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No Experience Required!
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
