Electrical Superintendent - Data Center Construction About the Role
Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Maintain a culture of safety and quality first. Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements. Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking.
Monitor quality of workmanship on the project and ensure compliance with the project and company standards. Evaluate, mentor, and train field supervision and tradesmen. Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project‑related work. Evaluate productivity and schedules and make the adjustments required to optimize efficiency.

- Current State Electrical Journeyman License or a 4‑year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience.
- 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
- Experience working with technical industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center environments.
- Experience with $20 M–$100 M electrical projects preferred.
- OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
- Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups.
- Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related project work.
- Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
- Successfully pass pre‑employment (post‑offer) background check and MVR check.
- Electrical construction supervision.
- Technical knowledge of methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in hyperscale data center environments.
- Experience with large electrical projects ($20 M–$100 M).
