Position Title
Store Associate – Litchfield, CT
OverviewBlue Seal Farm & Home, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family, is seeking a full‑time Store Associate for our store in Litchfield, CT. This position requires 40 hours per week, including weekend hours, and offers a competitive salary, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an employee discount.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service and assist with in‑store purchases.
- Process customer transactions accurately.
- Stock products and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Manage cash out procedures when necessary.
- Load customer purchases and ensure accurate loading.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Management.
- Retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
