• $40.00 per hour for hourly cases
• $125.00 per visit
• Weekly direct deposit

• Valid Connecticut LPN license
• 1+ year of LPN experience in acute care (home care a plus)
• BLS certification
• Recent physical and PPD/Quanti
  
  FERON (or chest x-ray)
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States
