Construction Skilled Laborer

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for amazing people to join our team. We have work that will sustain over the winter and longer. We are not looking for people on a contract or short-term basis. However, we are not opposed if someone is only looking for something short term, go ahead and apply. This is a full-time position with BENEFITS!

You should be organized, on-time, have a solid work ethic, ready to work, and not afraid to get your hands dirty. No job is beneath you. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The Skilled Laborer works closely with Site Superintendents and the General Superintendents to support day-to-day project operations. This role is dynamic and hands-on, requiring flexibility to perform a variety of tasks that may change daily.

The skilled laborer will be responsible for traveling to multiple job sites on a weekly-or sometimes daily-basis to assist with physical tasks as needed. A key part of this role is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in collaboration with site leadership and subcontractors. We are looking for people that are skilled in multiple facets of skilled labor to include but not limited to:
Painting, Finishing, Tiling, Interior Demolition, Carpentry, Cleaning, etc. This person does not have to have all these skills but will set you above others. See the information below on more detailed explanation of job duties, requirements, and benefits we offer.
