Expo / Food Runner (New York–Style Pizzeria & Trattoria)

We’re a family-owned New York–style pizzeria and trattoria serving classic Italian comfort food, award-winning pizza, and craft cocktails in a warm, welcoming space. Our passion for authentic flavor and genuine hospitality makes every guest feel like part of our family.

• Run food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to tables, bar, and takeout
• Expo orders by checking tickets, confirming accuracy, and ensuring food looks great before it hits the floor
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service smooth and organized
• Communicate ticket timing and updates (86’d items, re-fires, allergies, modifications, etc.)
• Support servers and bartenders with refills, pre-bussing, and guest needs when possible
• Keep the pass, expo area, and dining room flow clean and organized
• Help with side work like stocking, box prep, condiments, and maintaining a guest-ready environment

• Restaurant experience is preferred (food running, hosting, expo, or BOH/FOH support), but we’ll train the right person
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Clear communicator who stays calm during busy rushes
• Team-first attitude—you’re the link between kitchen and guests
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and carry hot/heavy plates safely
• Available evenings and weekends (our busiest—and best—shifts)
