About Thrive: Thrive of Lisle is a 74-bed transitional care facility focusing on short-term patients. We do not offer memory or long-term care. Our large in-house therapy team helps most patients go home within 14 days. We feature larger beds, fine dining, and modern decor. Visit our website at

• Active applicable state licensure
