This is a Hybrid role responsible for the successful planning and execution of the product marketing for payment cards and digital payments in the US, in order to drive growth in the paytech business of G+D. You will be providing hands‑on product marketing with full responsibility and lead role in US (eg. adapting product collaterals, content marketing, digital campaigns, representation in and organization of conferences).

Beyond payments, drive global Product Marketing for Transit-cards and Enterprise access solutions, in order to drive growth in these adjacent fields. Responsibilities include contribution to strategic marketing (market positioning, value proposition, client segmentation) as well as hands‑on product marketing activities with full responsibility and global lead role (eg. product collaterals, AI-powered content generation, digital campaigns). The role works closely with global Portfolio Management and international marketing colleagues to distribute and localize global content.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
  • Min. 2 years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B global enterprise in the area of Payment, or Enterprise, i.e. in Marketing Planning with cross functional and central alignment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Stakeholder/service center alignment regarding Social Media management and Digital Marketing
  • Alternatively, for exceptional candidates, also relevant Sales or Business Development experience could be considered
  • Experience gained in retail banking/retail payments/financial/software industry is a strong benefit
  • Linked In experience, personal engagement and passion are a must;
  • Ability to co-ordinate and drive projects across multiple teams and geographies,
  • Abilty to deliver compelling messaging of G+D’s value proposition to internal teams and customers,
  • Proven ability to work in an international environment.
  • Native in English, with strong communication and writing skills in English.

Essential Functions:
  • Strategic product marketing with focus on US across payment cards, digital payments, transit and enterprise fields.
  • Operational product marketing with focus on US: full responsibility & lead role to define & execute local product marketing strategies, plans & initiatives for the selected business domains along the global directions and toolboxes, consistent with the common G+D brand, including activities such as:
  • Selection of suitable product marketing directions from the global marketing plan
  • Elaboration, alignment and execution of the marketing plan for the US.
  • Adaptation of product collaterals, sales assets aswell as lead generation and awareness campaigns as per local business requirement ensuring brand guidelines are followed
  • Contribution to global marketing via US customer success stories and case studies.
  • Collaboration with vendors and internal teams for local production of marketing collateral such as brochures, trade show materials, etc. based on the central directions and local requirements
  • Coordinate PR and digital (esp. Linked In) campaigns, organic Social Media posts (driven by Corporate Communications and supported by relevant HQ agencies)
  • Managing the local budget for marketing in the US
  • Creation of local customer events (webinars, in-house-events, selected industry conferences), all with focus on the US market.
  • Close alignment with local sales and global portfolio and product marketing stakeholders at eye level, actively seeking and collaboration with business units and partner companies within the G+D group;
  • Mentor and enable local Sales pro-actively in leveraging Social Media (esp. Linked In) and digital channels.
