Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with thorough understanding of the Warehouse Management & Logistics area

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Excellent 10+ years of project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools like Azure Devops or JIRA and
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel to client site as required at short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  Lead and oversee the execution of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a heaving manufacturer of heavy trucks.
• Strong demonstratable Project Management Experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple parallel work streams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Should have implemented one or more market leading WMS platforms for enterprise clients like Manhattan / SAP EWM / Oracle Fusion WMS / Blue Yonder etc.
• Should be able to drive consensus for adoption of best practices along with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Should have worked in a multi-vendor / stakeholder environment and has managed multi-workstream complex projects.
• Will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely manner, is able to manage program risks, interdependencies, manage stakeholder expectations, provide accurate reporting to leadership at a program and workstream level as well.
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops delivery methodologies and ensure strong governance of the program.
