Position: Partner Account Manager (SAP)

HANA; SAP Customer Experience (CX); SAP BTP, Integrations & AI Foundations.

The Role – Be the Bridge

This is not a traditional direct sales role. You will be the key relationship owner between ASAR Digital and the field sales teams r mission is to ensure SAP Account Executives think of ASAR Digital first when their clients need an implementation expert.

You will
  • Build and nurture a strong network with 15-25 SAP Account Executives and field sellers in your region.
  • Drive a consistent flow of qualified, partner-referred opportunities by positioning ASAR’s expertise early in the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate joint pursuits, facilitating introductions and discovery sessions between SAP teams, clients, and our delivery experts.
  • Enable SAP sellers with our success stories, talk tracks, and assets to make recommending us effortless.
  • Track, manage, and report on the partner-sourced pipeline in Hub Spot.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
  • Established, engaged network of SAP sellers.
  • Consistent introductions into active customer pursuits.
  • Contributing to 2-4 new partner-referred opportunities per quarter.
  • Making ASAR Digital the trusted, go-to implementation partner in your region.
We’re Looking For You If You Have
  • Proven experience within the SAP ecosystem (e.g., Partner Manager, Alliance Manager, Business Development, or Sales at an SAP partner or related tech company).
  • A natural talent for building trusted, lasting relationships. You re the person people love to work with.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
  • High organization, CRM discipline (Hub Spot a plus), and a bias for action.
  • An entrepreneurial, ownership mindset. You see what needs to be done and run with it.
