- The Infor LN Regression Test Automation Architect is responsible for setting up regression end to end test capability for Infor LN ERP in the manufacturing industry This role will focus on implementing and optimizing automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and QTest ensuring the stability and reliability of Infor LN upgrades patches and customizations The architect will lead a team of automation testers onboard new members and collaborate closely with business analysts developers and QA teams to drive quality and efficiency in the testing lifecycle
- Test Automation Strategy Framework Development
- Develop and execute a test automation strategy for Infor LN regression testing in a manufacturing environment
- Design and implement automated regression test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and QTest
- Define best practices for automation ensuring compatibility with Infor LN
- Establish governance for test automation including test data management and version control
- Regression Testing Automation Implementation
- Automate endtoend business process testing across Infor LN Manufacturing Supply Chain and Finance modules
- Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into CICD pipelines to support Dev Ops and agile methodologies
- Optimize and maintain existing test automation scripts for stability and performance
- Team Leadership Collaboration
- Onboard Lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers providing technical guidance and best practices
- Onboard and train new testers on Infor LN test automation processes and tools
- Work closely with business analysts developers and functional consultants to align automation efforts with business needs
- Collaborate with IT leadership to drive automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
- Test Execution Monitoring Optimization
- Execute automated regression test suites and analyze test results for defects and anomalies
- Track and manage defects in QTest ensuring timely resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement proactive testing strategies to prevent defects
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce test execution time
- Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 15 years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in test automation
- 8 years of experience working with Infor LN ERP in a manufacturing environment
- Handson experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation and QTest for test management desirable
- Strong knowledge of Infor LN ERP modules Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance
- Experience with Infor LN ERPBAAN is a plus
- Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca automation framework scriptless automation strongly desirable
- Strong understanding of CICD pipelines and Dev Ops tools Jenkins Azure Dev Ops Git
- Experience in API testing and database validation SQL Oracle
- Knowledge of performance testing tools JMeter Load Runner is an advantage
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross functional teams
- Ability to work in Agile Scrum environments and manage multiple priorities
- ISTQB Test Automation Engineer Certification or equivalent
- Experience with AIdriven test automation and RPA tools
- Prior experience working in a large scale manufacturing ERP implementation
