This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lisle, IL, for an Information Technology Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues, assist with maintaining and configuring desktop computers, and respond to help desk inquiries. You will work closely with the IT department to ensure users have seamless operational support, documenting issues and resolutions, and managing system updates.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving software and hardware issues
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology practices
- Experience providing Help Desk Support, including customer interaction and issue resolution
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with POS systems or working in a corporate or retail setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
