Executive Housekeeper

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Lisle, IL. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee and manage housekeeping operations, including supervising the cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public spaces. Daily responsibilities include scheduling, training, and leading the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. The role also involves conducting regular inspections, managing the linen and laundry department, and ensuring exceptional customer service for guests.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, inventories, and housekeeping workflows.
• Experience in training and supporting housekeeping team members.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality management preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications required; further education in hotel or hospitality management is a plus.
