  Expected to travel other sites for coverage needs

• Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the Rehabilitation Technician will be responsible for:
• Patient care, support, and guidance
• Executing plans of care under the guidance of PT/OT providers
• Proper set‑up and adjustment of exercise equipment
• Assisting with set‑up and delivery of modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs)
• Using appropriate educational techniques (demonstration and cueing) to ensure patient understanding of exercises
• Monitoring patient safety and response to exercise intensity
• Discussing patient performance with PT/OT provider
• Clinic flow management
• Monitoring patient arrivals to department
• Starting patients on time for scheduled appointments and keeping patients apprised of any clinician delays
• Maintaining cleanliness of clinic, including waiting areas, exam rooms, and all equipment
• Ordering all supplies to keep the clinic stocked, under the direction from the Manager
• Front‑end tasks
• Performing necessary front‑end tasks including check‑in, co‑pay/financial responsibility collection, answering phones, and scheduling future appointments
• Communicating via chat with PT/OT and Chiropractic referral team regarding patient insurance benefits
• Managing clinician schedules (patient confirmation calls, rescheduling as needed)

• CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care)
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations
• Understanding of principles, contraindications, and precautions in the use of therapy modalities
• Ability to identify proper patient set‑up and adjust equipment accordingly
• Ability to identify planes of movement and demonstrate proper exercise positioning
• Team‑oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and follow‑through
• Problem‑solving, lateral thinking, and reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $15.10–22.70 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
