In this role, you’ll lead advanced vehicle simulations using ADAMS/Car to improve ride quality and durability across commercial platforms, including electric buses and heavy-duty trucks.

You’ll develop subsystem models, solve complex simulation challenges, and collaborate across design, dynamics, testing, and analysis teams. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and refine simulation methods and test correlations.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience OR a master’s with six, OR a PhD with three, plus at least one year of engineering leadership. U.S. work authorization is required.

Ideal applicants bring expertise in multibody dynamics software (preferably ADAMS), flex body modeling, vehicle dynamics, and commercial vehicle development. Strong communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
