Primary responsible of CAD custom development with deep understanding of a multi-CAD environment and its integration to PLM & PDM systems.

Experience with Teamcenter, NX, 3DX, Enovia, CATIA and other custom integrations.

• Develop custom programs requested by the business and maintain the stability of the CAD product ecosystem, including development, testing, training, production environments, and SAGE application launcher environments.
• Lead key in-flight projects and enhancements to the CAD ecosystem, such as Order Builder, Frame building, SAGE, Post‑Processing schedule tasks, Dispatcher Translations & Supplier Exchange.
• Work closely with CAD Product Owners & End Users to coordinate and triage issues from R&D engineers.
• Lead the CAD IT Product Team in an Agile framework while maintaining best practices such as Dev Sec Ops , source control, IT security via Cyber Ark, and onboarding automation with SailPoint.
• Coordinate with Group R&D to establish a OnePDP ecosystem and assist with harmonization to Group R&D toolchain, including data migration ETL, steady‑state data transfer, and integration for Product Information Flow to support Traton Modular Systems.

• 5+ years’ experience in multi‑CAD engineering environments, automotive engineering building 2D CAD drawings and 3D CAD models in NX and CATIA, with solid work in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and/or Creo.
• 3‑5 years’ experience customizing CAD tools to build programs and utilities that auto‑generate CAD models or calculate design context/positioning information through automation.
• Strong skills with C++, Python, and the .NET Framework (C# must). Visual Basic, DOS Batch programming, and Power Shell are nice to have.
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops  & Agile methodologies, familiar with source control, CI/CD pipelines, agile ceremonies, and writing epics, features, and stories.
• Excellent communication skills to engage engineers and translate requirements into IT deliverables.

• Leadership & collaboration: proactive in addressing issues and managing expectations.
