College Financial Aid Advisor - Hybrid Opportunity
Pay: $22-$23/hour | Career Growth Available
Schedule: 8‑hour shift between 7am‑7pm CST (Mon‑Fri, occasional weekends)
Work Model: Hybrid (Mon‑Thurs in office, Fri remote)

We are hiring multiple College Financial Aid Advisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will promote student success by delivering accurate, responsive financial aid advising and ongoing student support throughout the student lifecycle.
As a Financial Aid Advisor, you'll guide students through the intake process, explain program costs, and outline funding options, including Title IV federal financial aid programs. You will develop and confirm individualized financial plans, monitor student eligibility, and proactively conduct outreach when data indicates potential barriers to persistence or graduation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial aid advising and student account guidance
- Maintain compliance with Title IV regulations and federal/state policies
- Analyze student data and recommend solutions for funding challenges
- Support admissions and new student orientation
- Deliver service via video advising, inbound calls, and proactive outreach
- Promote student self‑service tools and first‑contact resolution
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year of customer‑service experience (higher education preferred)
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Eligibility for NSLDS system access (not in default on Title IV aid)
