We are seeking a passionate, organized, and people-centered Assistant Director to support daily operations and help lead our growing school community.

Joy of Learning Kids Academy is a brand-new preschool and the sister school of Ecole 360 Child Development Centers
, a well-established and respected organization serving families across the Northwest Suburbs. Together, we bring over 15 years of academic and professional experience to early childhood education.

• Support the Director in daily school operations
• Assist with staff supervision, mentoring, and support
• Help ensure licensing compliance and quality standards
• Build strong, professional relationships with families
• Support enrollment, staffing, and classroom consistency
• Foster a positive, collaborative school culture
• Assist with staff evaluations, training, and onboarding

• College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education
• Previous leadership or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of licensing and compliance (or willingness to learn)
• A calm, supportive, solution-oriented leadership style
