Position Overview:
As a Student Support Coach
, you'll be a key player in ensuring student success at Universal Technical Institute (UTI). You'll provide personalized guidance, support, and encouragement to students throughout their learning journey, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
- $55K - $65K per year (Based upon experience)
- Weekends OFF

- Guide and mentor students:
Provide personalized coaching and support to help students navigate their academic journey, address challenges, and develop essential skills. - Build strong relationships:
Connect with students on a personal level, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment. - Identify and address student needs:
Proactively identify at-risk students and implement appropriate interventions to ensure their success. - Promote student engagement and retention:
Participate in campus events and initiatives to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning community. - Collaborate with campus teams:
Partner with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless student support and address any concerns effectively. - Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience:
Prior experience in education, student support, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
