International’s Procurement team is seeking a dynamic Global Procurement Strategy Lead – Tariff and Trade to join us onsite in Lisle, Illinois. This highly visible role offers the chance to own critical tariff and trade operations in a fast-paced environment, driving compliance, efficiency, and innovation while partnering across the organization.

Global Procurement Strategy Lead
, you will minimize supplier tariff impacts, ensure USMCA compliance, and guide Category Managers on trade rules and sourcing strategies. You will analyze commodity spend, manage RFPs and RFQs, develop negotiation strategies, and present results to senior leadership. Collaboration with engineering, financeสมาชิกน as trade compliance teams will be central to identifying cost reduction opportunities and supporting global procurement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and negotiation skills, proven experience in procurement processes, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Knowledge of truck or engine technology, global trade rules, and the USMCA Agreement is highly desirable.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least five MJ years of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing experience and one year in a lead role, a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience and one year in a lead role, or a minimum of eight years of relevant experience with one year in a lead role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, as sponsorship is not available.
