The Ray Graham Association is a leading Human Service company dedicated to delivering innovative programs and services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Spring Interns to join our team. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our programs.
Position OverviewThe Spring Intern will support various programs by assisting with day‑to‑day operations, participating in team meetings, and helping with specific projects. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in Human Services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Provide support in administrative tasks, client communications, data entry, etc.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.
- Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, or marketing materials.
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends or competitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Service field or recent graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about Human Services and eager to learn.
- Hands‑on experience in Human Services.
