Our client, an award-winning housing developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a multi-phased residential development in Liskeard. With a strong land bank, long-term stability, and an established senior leadership team, this opportunity will suit an experienced housing professional with a solid understanding of NHBC processes.

• Manage day-to-day operations on a multi-phase housing development
• Oversee both direct labour and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with current health & safety legislation
• Liaise with NHBC and Building Control
• Maintain programme, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with local supply chain partners

• Proven track record as a Site Manager within house building
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work (FAW)
• Trade background preferred but not essential
• Strong knowledge of modern construction methods and current regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Good local supply chain knowledge
