The Role:
Provide dedicated support to pupils across KS1 classes Work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored learning interventions Support pupils with a range of needs to access the curriculum Help to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
About You:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (ideally in KS1 or primary settings) A patient, caring and proactive approach to supporting children's learning Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping pupils to achieve their best Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE/NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning) desirable but not essential
