Software Engineer

Position Overview

As a KCML Software Developer working on the ERPOne product, you will design, develop, and maintain robust ERP solutions using the KCML language. You’ll be part of a cross‑functional squad, collaborating closely in a Scrum environment to deliver features that drive real value for our customers.

• Simultaneous management of multiple sized projects
• Effective stakeholder management
• Develop and deliver project plans
• Preparation and management of project documentation
• Define project resource requirements and manage the relevant resources
• Manage project risks, issues, associated reporting, escalation and resolution
• Manage, deliver and approve all deliverables
• Financial project management (budgeting, management of finance during implementation)
• Monitor, track and report project activity and status
• Change request management
• Organise, run and document project meetings
• Work with and delegate project activities to the project administration function
• Maintain internal systems as directed
• Enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as required
• Coach and mentor Junior Project Managers
• Cover for colleagues as directed

• Experience developing with the KCML language
• A good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Solid problem‑solving and communication skills
• Experience using Jira for task management

• Background in wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors
• Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP solutions
• Willing to assist with building DEFTESTS to automate testing
• Understanding of Git and Linux
