As a Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of projects from first fix through commissioning. You will lead on-site operations, ensure installations meet industry compliance standards, and act as a technical escalation point within the company.

• Lead installation of advanced IP CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
• Commission and configure IP-based systems including network setup.
• Integrate smart lighting, AV systems, and WiFi infrastructure.
• Lead junior engineers and apprentices on-site.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure installations meet SSAIB and industry compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex faults independently.

• Regular travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
• Overnight stays will be required depending on project location.
• All travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
• Paid travel time in accordance with company policy.

• Minimum 5+ years experience in security system installation.
• Strong experience in CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
• Strong networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, routers, switches).
• Experience leading installations independently.
• Excellent fault-finding ability.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
