About the RoleAs a Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our business – converting holiday dreams into confirmed bookings. You’ll handle inbound enquiries, make proactive outbound sales calls, and consistently achieve high conversion rates while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is more than a sales role – it’s about building relationships, understanding our customer needs, and confidently matching guests with their perfect holiday.
What You’ll Be Doing- Be the professional and friendly first point of contact for potential holidaymakers
- Convert enquiries into quotes, and quotes into confirmed bookings (ideally on first contact!)
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Proactively follow up leads within set SLAs
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and new leads
- Upsell and cross‑sell additional nights, products and services
- Capture and maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system
- Develop expert knowledge of our holiday park, accommodation and facilities to confidently advise new and existing customers
- Stay informed about local attractions to enhance the customer experience
- Support Reception with face‑to‑face booking enquiries when needed
- Log and manage complaints professionally and within guidelines
- Act as a proud ambassador for Beverley Holidays
- Confident, highly motivated and target‑driven
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced sales environment
- Proficient and confident using Microsoft Office and related IT systems
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Previous customer service experience is essential. Sales experience is desirable – but if you’ve got the drive and motivation, we’ll help you develop the skills.
