** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Generating, progressing, and converting new business leads in line with sales KPIs
* Managing and developing a portfolio of customers through regular, proactive contact
* Analysing business data and market intelligence to maximise opportunity coverage
* Using ABI and marketing insights to track projects and secure quoting opportunities
* Sharing cross‑selling opportunities with other business lines
* Following up quotations, negotiating pricing, and securing orders
* Managing customer accounts including terms, credit limits, and proactive communications
* Recording wins, losses, and tenders to build market insight
* Pricing work within set parameters, escalating as needed
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets agreed with the RCM
* Providing accurate, timely quotations
* Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally
* Maintaining strong product knowledge
* Collaborating with field sales teams
* Ensuring accurate completion of new account setup processes
* Adhering to quality standards and all internal policies

* Confidence using Excel, Word, Power Play, and Microsoft Teams
