Monday to Friday, Early Start
- Early Finish, 40 hours per week (Occasional Saturdays) - Salary: £30'500.00 - £36'000.00 OTE

As a Van Sales Merchandiser Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring our renowned product lineup reaches its fullest potential in the market. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Drive sales growth and expand the visibility of our diverse product range.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote new products, oversee merchandising, and maximize shelf space for visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities while strengthening ties with existing customers.
- Provide insightful feedback on market trends and actively participate in team meetings.
- Support and guide new team members to ensure success.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets with a customer-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute strategies effectively.
- A passion for the food industry and a sharp understanding of consumer trends.
- Familiarity with computer applications and internal systems.
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- A valid driving license.
- At least 3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales or merchandising.
- Expertise in the FMCG sector, with commercial insight and food safety knowledge.
