Participants will engage in various tasks including customer service, till operations, and stock management. The experience lasts 8 weeks, requiring 25-30 hours of attendance weekly. Participants maintain their benefit entitlement and may receive travel and childcare reimbursements, plus an incentive payment of £10 per day.
