We seek passionate individuals who take pride in M&S Food products and are ready to roll their sleeves up repeatedly, meeting strong customer demand. You will be a resilient brand ambassador confidently recommending and selling our newest food products, ensuring customers feel truly valued each time they shop with us.
Key Accountabilities- Serve customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
- High levels of customer service.
- Committed to delivering excellent work with great attention to detail.
- Open to and acts upon feedback, asking for it regularly.
- Accurately plans and manages own workload efficiently.
