Domestic Assistant – part time and full time

As a Domestic Assistant you are the key to the hygienic and safe environment in which our residents live. You enjoy maintaining a pristine environment for the comfort and safety of our residents, visitors and staff. You will ensure residents in our care feel valued and appreciated.

We provide full training to those with the right qualities and interest if you do not have prior experience as a domestic cleaner.

Salary: £12.21 per hour

• Carry out duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
• Understand cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations and the appropriate equipment and materials.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, families, and visitors.
• Help support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
• Show caring nature and positive attitude to give the best possible service to residents.
• Work as a team player, communicate effectively, and provide the energy and hard work needed in a changing environment.

• Previous experience in a similar environment.
