A growing manufacturing company based in Lisburn is currently seeking a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on maintenance position within a well-established production environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving, and keeping production running efficiently. The position operates on a day shift only basis with a 4-day working week, offering a strong work-life balance.

• Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across machinery and plant
• Complete welding and fabrication work where required to support equipment repairs
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maintain output
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving reliability and efficiency
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out

• Time-served Maintenance Engineer or relevant engineering qualification
• Dual skilled experience (Mechanical and Electrical) within a manufacturing environment
• Welding experience is essential
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience maintaining production machinery
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• £45,000 - £47,000 salary
• 4-day working week
