Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-end joinery tasks with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrate a high level of bench joinery craftsmanship using multiple materials Use and maintain key tools and equipment to achieve superior quality standards Read, understand, and work from manufacturing drawings Show initiative and contribute to continuous improvement processes Follow instructions from the Production Manager and carry out tasks efficiently and professionally Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order Work within internal quality systems to ensure high production standards through to finished product Adhere to health and safety policies and guidelines Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment Hours of Work:
