A well‑established manufacturing business in Lisburn is currently seeking a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys a hands‑on maintenance role within a fast‑paced production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
A 4‑day working week on day shift offers an excellent work‑life balance.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across equipment and plant
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs where required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Time-served Maintenance Engineer or relevant engineering qualification
• Dual skilled (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance experience
• Welding experience essential
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Salary £40,000 - £45,000
• 4‑day working week
• Day shift only
