Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Day Shift (4 Day Week) Lisburn £45,000 - £47,000 Day Shift | 4 Day Week A growing manufacturing company based in Lisburn is currently seeking a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on maintenance position within a well-established production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving, and keeping production running efficiently. The position operates on a day shift only basis with a 4-day working week, offering a strong work-life balance.

The Role Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across machinery and plant Complete welding and fabrication work where required to support equipment repairs Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maintain output Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving reliability and efficiency Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with health and safety standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance work carried out
