We are hiring for our client, a leading, modern manufacturing organisation operating a highly automated production facility in Lisburn
. Due to continued investment and growth, they are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team where individual contribution is genuinely valued.

This Maintenance Engineer role offers exposure to state-of-the-art, highly automated machinery and precision engineering processes supplying customers across multiple global markets. 1. Competitive Salary
£42,000 – £52,000 depending on shift pattern worked

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on highly automated production equipment

• Diagnose and fault-find electrical and mechanical issues to minimise downtime

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards

• Work collaboratively within a small, experienced maintenance team

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment

• Strong fault-finding capability on automated machinery and production systems

• Electrical or mechanical bias (multi-skilled experience highly advantageous)

• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• Willingness to work shift patterns as required
