Full-Time | Permanent Monday to Friday

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading local food manufacturer based in the Lisburn area to recruit a Machine Operative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a hands‑on, chilled production environment and are seeking long‑term, stable employment.

• Starting pay from £12.50-£14.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Full‑time, permanent position with potential for overtime

As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced food production line. Duties will include:

• Assisting with the preparation, production, and packaging of products
• Operating a range of food manufacturing equipment including mixers, fillers and packers
• Conducting product quality checks in line with company standards
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness are maintained across all work areas
• Following strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a chilled environment (PPE provided)
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Previous food production experience is desirable, but not essential – full training provided
