What You'll Be Doing Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence Manage shift operations including productivity, health & safety, and customer service standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency Build strong relationships with the team, clients, and union representatives Take ownership of performance management, development, and team engagement What We're Looking For Essential:
Minimum 1 year's experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Proven people management and leadership skills Strong understanding of KPIs and operational processes Excellent communication skills and ability to make data-driven decisions IT literate (Microsoft Office) Flexibility to work shifts to meet operational requirements Desirable: 3 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory or management experience Management qualification
