Paralegal / Solicitor Private Client & Conveyancing,Lisburn, £Neg Competitive / Commensurate with experience Overview Our client is a well-established and progressive law firm based in Lisburn, currently seeking a capable and motivated Paralegal or Solicitor to join their growing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work across a varied caseload including Probate, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) and Residential Conveyancing, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities Managing and assisting with a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning Preparing and processing Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) Handling Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion Liaising directly with clients, agents, financial institutions and other third parties Drafting legal documentation and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements Providing high-quality client care and maintaining professional standards throughout Essential Skills and Experience Experience working in Private Client matters (Probate, Wills, EPA) Conveyancing experience is highly desirable Suitable for an experienced Paralegal or a Qualified Solicitor Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters Excellent communication and client-facing skills A proactive, professional and detail-oriented approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a busy practice Whats on Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to join a progressive and growing law firm Supportive working environment with scope for development Exposure to a broad and interesting private client caseload Long-term career opportunity for the right candidate At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
