  • Run workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping sessions
  • Translate business needs into scalable, high‑quality BC solutions
  • Oversee functional consultants and guide delivery teams
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients
  • Support pre‑sales activities, scoping, and solution demonstrations
  • Ensure successful deployment, testing, training, and post‑go‑live support
  • Contribute to internal IP, methodology, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong experience delivering D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV projects
  • Proven background as a Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Lead
  • Deep expertise in Manufacturing or Warehousing modules (essential)
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end ERP processes
  • Ability to lead workshops, define requirements, and design solutions
  • Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead functional work streams
  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience in multi‑site or international rollouts
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
💼 What’s on Offer
  • Work with one of the best‑performing Microsoft Partners in the UK
  • Fully remote role with occasional client visits
  • Clear progression into Solution Architecture or Practice Leadership
  • High‑quality projects with enterprise‑level customers
  • Supportive, collaborative culture with strong investment in training
