What Youll Be Doing Supporting the Nurse Manager with day-to-day clinical leadership Guiding, motivating, and mentoring your nursing team Leading on safe medication management Ensuring accurate, compliant record-keeping Providing high-quality clinical care when needed Building strong relationships with residents and their families Contributing to continuous quality improvements throughout the home This is a role for someone who wants to lead with heart while delivering exceptional care.
