Intermediate​/Senior Quantity Surveyor

If you're a QS who wants more variety, more responsibility and a role that moves your career forward, this will interest you. You'll be joining a contractor with a strong pipeline, major projects and a commercial team that gives you room to grow.

• Projects from £1M to £30M across education, healthcare, commercial and modular
• Hybrid working (1-2 days from home)
• Clear path to Senior/Commercial Manager
• Stable workload with long‑term frameworks

• Managing commercial delivery on live projects
• Preparing valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts
• Leading procurement and negotiating subcontract packages
• Supporting tenders and early cost planning
• Working closely with PMs, design teams and clients

• QS experience within construction or modular
• Strong commercial and contract knowledge
• Confidence handling multi‑million‑pound projects
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to UK sites
