The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a clear understanding of the importance of always presenting and promoting the school positively. A strong commitment to helping make our school the very best it can be is essential.
This role involves working as part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will be expected to work flexibly to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Your contribution to the ongoing development of the school will be encouraged, valued, and supported, with opportunities for professional development through ongoing training.
A good sense of humour, enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment are essential qualities for this role. The ability to remain calm under pressure and "keep your head when all about you are losing theirs" is highly desirable. Strong teamwork skills are vital.
The successful candidate will also need the interpersonal skills, confidence, and resilience required to work effectively with students who may present challenging behaviour.
Hours- Monday: 8.00 am - 4.15 pm
- Tuesday: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
- Wednesday: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
- Thursday: 8.00 am - 4.15 pm
- Friday: 8.00 am - 3.00 pm
- includes 30 minutes for lunch
