Recycling Improvement Officer

Recycling Improvement Officer (: R/RIO/M/260) Permanent | Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM £30,000 - £32,000/annum Join the Green Team! We are seeking a proactive and engaging Recycling Improvement Officer to carry out service monitoring and help drive improvements within our Kerbside department. This role is responsible for ensuring service quality, operational accuracy, and compliance across our collection services, working closely with collection crews and management to identify issues, develop solutions, and maintain high customer service standards.

This role is approximately 70% field-based monitoring. What you NEED to bring to the table:
Experience in a service delivery or customer-facing role Experience recording, analysing, and reporting information accurately Experience working with frontline staff in a waste/manufacturing/similar environment

Experience of using standard IT packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Current UK driving license with at least 6 months experience and access to own transport Bonus Points if youve got:
