The Quantity Surveyor will manage commercial duties across luxury fit‑out and refurbishment projects. The role involves detailed cost control, subcontract procurement, variation management and regular communication with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial management of assigned projects
- Preparing documentation for subcontractor pricing and reviewing quotations
- Procuring subcontract packages and negotiating terms
- Managing variations, changes, dayworks and labour‑only elements
- Accurate measurement and cost tracking
- Producing cost reports, forecasts and risk assessments
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Minimum two years' experience in a QS role
- Fit‑out or main contractor background preferred
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage workload and work well within a team
- One day per week working from home
