Estimator Role Full Time | Lisburn A leading high-end fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a standout opportunity to work on premium interior projects across hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for high-spec interior projects Source and assess quotations from trusted subcontractors and suppliers Analyse tender and commercial information to support winning bids Collaborate with clients, design teams and subcontractors throughout the tender process Attend site visits and tender meetings to inform pricing decisions Manage post-tender communication and deliver clear handovers to operations What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years' experience in an Estimating role Fit-out or main contractor experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Confident IT skills and commercial awareness
