Overview
Contracts manager required by Contractor who specialise in Housing maintenance contracts in the Lothians. The contractor works with some of the largest Housing associations in Edinburgh and the Lothians carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work on void and occupied properties.
Responsibilities- As a contracts manager you will be in a client facing role, liaising directly with the key stakeholders of the Housing association, managing the day to day work and being responsible for pricing, forecasting and budgeting for specific projects.
- Installation of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, rewiring, roofing and re-rendering.
- Previous experience working within the Housing maintenance sector is preferable.
On offer is a salary up to 55k plus a 4.5k car allowance, Pension, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
