Business Analyst

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with strong experience in product development to join our fast-paced, Agile product team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will ensure the delivery of requirements resulting in high impact value outcomes with an amazing experience for our end users.

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Delivery in an OKR outcome and value-based approach.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences.
• Break down complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes that align with product goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver roadmap objectives.
• Actively support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for requirement clarifications, ensuring blockers are identified and resolved quickly.
• Evaluate product performance and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in a software development environment.
• User persona and journey mapping with visualisation tools such as Miro or Mural.
• Previous experience using Jira and Confluence.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in the Financial Services sector such as insolvency or debt management.
