Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a Dutch Speaking Back Office Administrator in a hybrid role based in Bulgaria. We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to assist our dynamic team in delivering outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients. This position combines administrative tasks with client interaction, making it a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch is a must;
    English proficiency is highly desirable
  • Experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
