Administrative Officer – £14.84 per hour

Lisburn | Temporary (2–6 weeks)

We’re looking for an Administrative Officer to join the Landlord Registration Scheme team within the Environmental Health Service Unit.

Key Duties:
  • Clear and respond to email/backlog queries

  • Issue correspondence to system users

  • Support data migration tasks

  • General admin & clerical support

  • Report directly to the Landlord Registrar

Full training provided – friendly, supportive team.

Essential:
  • 5 GCSEs (incl. English & Maths) or NVQ Level 2

  • 3+ years' clerical/administrative experience

  • Strong IT & Microsoft Office skills

  • Can prioritise workload and work independently

Desirable:
  • Database reporting & data accuracy

  • Experience supporting meetings

  • Stakeholder/customer service experience
